Successful Camp for Silverdale Prems in Mangawhai

The Silverdale Prems had a highly successful camp over the weekend of March 15th in Mangawhai. The team not only worked hard and connected on the field, but also had a lot of fun together. This camp was a fantastic opportunity for the players to bond and build team spirit.

Learning Our History

During the camp, the team took some time to learn about the history of Silverdale Rugby Club. One interesting discovery was the story behind the chicken featured on the clubroom walls. This piece of history added a unique touch to the camp experience, deepening the players' connection to the club.

Upcoming Matches

Final Preseason Match: The final preseason match for the Silverdale Prems will be held at Silverdale against Eden Rugby Club on March 22nd at 3 PM.

First Competition Game: The first competition game is scheduled for March 29th at Helensville.

Excitement and Competition

There is a palpable intent and energy at trainings, with competition for spots heating up. The depth in each position is growing, and several U21 players are pushing hard for places in the Prem mixer. This competitive environment is a positive sign for the upcoming season.
