Valentino and the "Iron Up" organisation are doing good work across Auckland and are keen to grow their programs, specifically at Silverdale.

They offer Weeknight programs and of course Holiday camps.

Iron Up is a private / independant organisation that focuses on developing Junior Athletes across a broad range of topics. Other than being active and having fun, they touch on topics such as Advanced movement techniques and patterns, Mental preparation for game time, Nutritional strategies specific to their sport, and Tackle Domination,

Wednesday - 8yrs upwards. Classes from 4:30 for youngsters and 5:30 for older ones
