NZ Rugby has teamed up with Sir JK’s wellbeing company, Groov, and the RPA to offer a new way for people in rugby to access mental health and wellbeing support. The Mind Set Engage app was designed specifically with our community rugby whānau in mind, we want our programme and content to be available and accessible to everyone in the game and beyond. The Mind Set Engage app is completely free for all community rugby clubs, ensuring that players, coaches, referees, staff, and supporters at every level can benefit from mental fitness tools and support. The app is hosted by Sir John Kirwan and Pita Alatini and features insights from current and former All Blacks and Black Ferns. It also reflects key themes from the Mind Set Engage workshops. We encourage you to download the app, give it a go, and share it with your club networks!
